TRIM41

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM41 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,204 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM41-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM52, ZFP62, and PHF5A. Each is linked with TRIM41 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM41-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM41 versus TRIM52 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM41→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
