Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM41 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,749 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM41-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-119P, RNU6-364P, and CCNG1P1. Each is linked with TRIM41 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM41-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM41 results are reported.
