Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,799 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM41-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA splice site recognition, Viral translational termination-reinitiation, and Metaphase/anaphase transition of mitotic cell cycle. Each is linked with TRIM41 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM41-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM41 results are reported.
