TRIM41

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM41 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM41-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17, OR1L6, and OR4F5. Each is linked with TRIM41 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM41-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB17 grouped by TRIM41-low versus TRIM41-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM41→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
