TRIM4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,806 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SBDS, MEPCE, and DNAJC1. Each is linked with TRIM4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM4-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM4 versus SBDS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.20.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
