Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,104 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAK1IP1, KCTD12, and DNMT3B. Each is linked with TRIM4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM4-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM4 versus PAK1IP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
