TRIM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,701 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFILZ, LINC01955, and WBP1LP3. Each is linked with TRIM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM4-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NFILZ grouped by TRIM4-low versus TRIM4-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
