Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK1, 14-3-3_beta, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with TRIM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM4-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM4 results are reported.
