Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,432 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Receptor metabolic process, Cilium movement involved in cell motility, and Receptor recycling. Each is linked with TRIM4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM4-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM4 results are reported.
