TRIM39

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM39 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,545 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM39-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF5A, CEACAMP11, and LINC01871. Each is linked with TRIM39 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM39-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM39→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
