Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,914 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM38-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NMI, TRIM22, and RIPK1. Each is linked with TRIM38 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM38-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM38 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM38 versus NMI in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM38→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
