TRIM38

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM38 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,181 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM38-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM22, GBP2, and PSMB8. Each is linked with TRIM38 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM38-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM38 versus TRIM22 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM38→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
