Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,452 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM38-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous peptide antigen via MHC class Ib, Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class I, and Positive regulation of cytokine-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with TRIM38 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM38-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM38 results are reported.
