Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 9,007 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM35-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, MACF1, and KMT2D. Each is linked with TRIM35 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM35-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM35 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by TRIM35-low versus TRIM35-high in BRCA.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM35→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
