TRIM35

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM35 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,721 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM35-associated genes across cancer lineages are GVINP2, PRELID3BP7, and ZBED4. Each is linked with TRIM35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM35-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM35 versus GVINP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM35→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
