TRIM35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM35 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,532 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM35-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF367, MELK, and TMEM38B. Each is linked with TRIM35 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM35-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF367 grouped by TRIM35-low versus TRIM35-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM35→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
