Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM35 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM35-associated genes across cancer lineages are Smad1, Smad3, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with TRIM35 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM35-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM35 results are reported.
