TRIM35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM35 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM35-associated genes across cancer lineages are NYAP1, GYPE, and FAM205A. Each is linked with TRIM35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM35-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NYAP1 grouped by TRIM35-low versus TRIM35-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM35→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
