Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM33 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,493 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM33-associated genes across cancer lineages are AUNIP, SASS6, and CDC25A. Each is linked with TRIM33 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM33-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM33 results are reported.
