TRIM33

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM33 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,424 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM33-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM15, RBM25, and NONO. Each is linked with TRIM33 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM33-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM33→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
