TRIM33

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM33 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM33-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eEF2, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with TRIM33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM33-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM33→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
