Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIM32 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRIM32 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher TRIM32 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM32 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, COAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where TRIM32 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
