Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,091 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM31-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Programmed necrotic cell death, Regulation of programmed necrotic cell death, and Necroptotic process. Each is linked with TRIM31 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM31-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM31 results are reported.
