TRIM31

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM31 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 182 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM31-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO24, TTC31, and IVNS1ABP. Each is linked with TRIM31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM31-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM31→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
