Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,245 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM31-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of iron ion transport, Positive regulation of iron ion transmembrane transport, and Positive regulation of sodium ion transport. Each is linked with TRIM31 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM31-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM31 results are reported.
