TRIM3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,548 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM3_S7, ILK, and MSRB3. Each is linked with TRIM3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM3-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM3 versus TRIM3_S7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
