TRIM3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,707 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPARCL1, JAM3, and MSRB3. Each is linked with TRIM3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM3-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM3 versus SPARCL1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
