Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,275 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cilium assembly, Protein K63-linked ubiquitination, and Negative regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with TRIM3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM3-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM3 results are reported.
