TRIM27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,523 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM27-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02559, MIR4311, and DYNLL1P3. Each is linked with TRIM27 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM27-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM27→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
