TRIM26

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM26 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM26-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Cyclin-B1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with TRIM26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM26-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by TRIM26-low versus TRIM26-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM26→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
