TRIM26

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM26 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,596 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM26-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBA4A, TUBA4B, and CXXC5. Each is linked with TRIM26 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM26-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM26 versus TUBA4A in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM26→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
