Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIM25 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRIM25 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher TRIM25 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

SCLC, BLCA, and KICH are the cancer types where TRIM25 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
