Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIM24 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRIM24 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher TRIM24 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM24 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM and LUAD are the cancer types where TRIM24 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
