TRIM24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,141 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM24-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM24_S811, DHX9, and SMC1A. Each is linked with TRIM24 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM24-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM24 versus TRIM24_S811 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM24→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
