TRIM24

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM24 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,767 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM24-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAXIP1, LMBR1, and ACTR3B. Each is linked with TRIM24 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM24-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM24 versus PAXIP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM24→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
