TRIM24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,409 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM24-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTP15, PKN3, and TYW3. Each is linked with TRIM24 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM24-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UTP15 grouped by TRIM24-low versus TRIM24-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM24→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
