TRIM24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 450 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM24-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX6A2, CCDC172, and APCS. Each is linked with TRIM24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM24-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX6A2 grouped by TRIM24-low versus TRIM24-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM24→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
