TRIM23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,934 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM23-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPWD1, RPL14, and RPL6. Each is linked with TRIM23 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM23-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM23 versus PPWD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM23→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
