Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM23 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 564 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM23-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPM1A, PSMD10, and DCTN6. Each is linked with TRIM23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM23-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM23 versus PPM1A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM23→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
