TRIM23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM23 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM23-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, INPP4B, and JNK2. Each is linked with TRIM23 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM23-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by TRIM23-low versus TRIM23-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM23→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
