TRIM23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,125 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM23-associated genes across cancer lineages are PJA2, PPWD1, and POLK. Each is linked with TRIM23 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM23-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM23 versus PJA2 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM23→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
