TRIM22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,454 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM22-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF9-AS1, ANAPC1P2, and RORA-AS1. Each is linked with TRIM22 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM22-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF9-AS1 grouped by TRIM22-low versus TRIM22-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM22→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
