TRIM21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,251 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM22, UBA7, and UBE2L6. Each is linked with TRIM21 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM21-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM21 versus TRIM22 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM21→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
