TRIM21

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,191 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM21-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETV7, DHX58, and SLC15A3. Each is linked with TRIM21 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM21-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM21 versus ETV7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM21→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
