TRIM21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,237 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM21-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOC2B, CWC25, and MIR544A. Each is linked with TRIM21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM21-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DOC2B grouped by TRIM21-low versus TRIM21-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM21→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
