Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,127 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM21-associated genes across cancer lineages are ILK, TRIM5, and RHOG. Each is linked with TRIM21 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM21-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM21 versus ILK in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM21→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
