TRIM21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM21-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC7, MYF5, and IL17A. Each is linked with TRIM21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM21-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC7 grouped by TRIM21-low versus TRIM21-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM21→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
