TRIM21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM21 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,945 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM21-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCTP2, TRIM2, and GRK3. Each is linked with TRIM21 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM21-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCTP2 grouped by TRIM21-low versus TRIM21-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM21→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
