TRIM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,222 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM2_S428, TRIM2_T371, and TRIM2_S440. Each is linked with TRIM2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM2-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM2 versus TRIM2_S428 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
