TRIM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,055 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL16, ENO1, and ORC1. Each is linked with TRIM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM2-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL16 grouped by TRIM2-low versus TRIM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
